Wouldn't be surprised to see us take Kalou... not perfect but in fairness, betetr than Park and CHamakh.
In better news, Montpellier have allegedly said we have bid €8m + Chamkah for Olivier Giroud, which would be fannytastic business!
RVP, Podolski, Giroud and Kalou would be a much much stronger forward group than we currently have IMO
The news about us going for Hazard is fantasy though, we cant afford the wages for a start and whilst we do have enough money to buy him, would leave us seriosuly short of cahs for any other acquisitions and we need a new back-up keepr (Craig Gordon would be my pcik, if he can stay fit) and hopefully M'Vila + another striker, + cash from anyone we can sell.
Both Westwood and mingulet are better imo

I would like to know how Chelsea have managed to persuade him that he will get enough playing time in the position he wants seen as they don't have a manager at the moment. Another Abramovich signing like Torres if true

When your competition is Kalou and Malouda, you're gonna have to be damn shit not to get a game in front of those two.
Kalou also looks like he will leave, Malouda as well could leave. Mata is a number 10 behind the striker, Sturridge is a striker put out on the wing, so really, it's a given he would play every single game here.

He wants to play behind the striker though, same as Mata.

Where ever he goes there is already a top player playing off the striker.
Could be as simple as just being in London?
I would be surprised if he went Chelski. I thought he would of chosen Utd.

Baffling tbh. The whole thing was a bit odd though. You can't imagine if he had been signing for United that he would of been allowed to carry on on twitter like he has so that was a bit of a give away he wasn't coming to us.
Chelsea also done well to be signing people without a manager in place. You'd think they would want know who the manager was before signing up

I've never heard about him before but he sounds a lot more promising than Hazard, there's no way SAF would of put up with his 'im bigger than the club' attitude. Hopefully he wont live upto all this hype.

Wrt Hazard, he definately will. Might be a mouthy twat but he is the real deal for sure.
Wrt Kagawa, great player but do need to watch the fee as the guy is out of cotnratc next Summer. Seen him play at the EMirates and he did well and also seen a fair bit the last 3 months on ESPN as been watchign a lot of Bundesliga to see how Podolski was doing. Great little player who will fit in perfectly at Utd IMO and will also sell a bucketload of shirts too!
Very disappointed we didnt trya sneaky bid for him tbh as hes said before how much he admires Wenger etc.. More likely that we would go for him on a free next Summer tho

Kagawa is a damn awesome little footballer. If United do get him, that's a very tidy piece of business!
He will assist for Rooney all day long, and he'll certainly chip in with goals as well.
And given how popular United are in Japan, the marketing point of view will come in handy, also.

trouble with these far eastern players is they always look really good then end up being a bit meh, recall any player of that ilk that has really gone on a prolonged period of being brilliant
