M£ running costs put me off, and you'll find a much nicer s2000 for the same money.

Insurance wasn't too bad for me. 23 fully comp with mods £900

finish for Xmas on Thursday, crackle black paint on order. Going to tackle the rocker cover and a few other little bits and bobs to tidy the bay up. Finish is like OEM

didn't fancy red. unless it's a tyre R imo it shouldn't be red.

Where did you get the paint from?

Think the finish will be noticeable with it being black?

Does the master cylinder brace make a difference? Tegiwa have 20% off them today so thinking about getting one, all ready have braided line and fluid coming.

ordered ds2500s front and rear, some new disks and new tyres on route...

in the meantime binned off the red rocker cover

Used heat crinkle black, pleased with how it looks. Will be doing the inlet manifold next.

As above Adam

Tidied a load of dirty rusty bracket up in the bay. Chopped the heatshield for the engine torque damper too as the hole i cut looked crap.
