Went to see them in Feb, would be amazing if they won it! They have quite a big English following, few St George flags up around the ground

Wenger definitely lost it

"It's a massive disappointment for English football," said Wenger.
"We accept the rest of European football has caught us."

Maybe the rest of Europe has caught up with your sub standard team but don't tar us all with the same brush! Where does he get these informations from, off his head.

I hope another inferior English team wins tonight. Newcastle that is. Trying to get tickets to go to the game.

Yeah, because Chelsea, City and United did so well didn't they.

Looking at the CL this season he's spot on.

One season with no English club going through to the quarters does not mean the English teams as a whole have suddenly gone to rat shit if it happened for 3 or 4 seasons on the trot then yeah we as a whole would be in trouble.

Besides, everyone knows United would have been still in it if it wasn't for that thing I'm not allowed to talk about happening.

Last season an English team won it. This year isn't the start of a decline. It's just a bad year.

We'd still be in it if we'd scored another goal too.
I think the German league has got stronger.

A German club hasn't won it since 2001. In that time English clubs have won it 3 times. Spanish 4 times and Italian 3 times. Plus numerous Finals involving English clubs.

1 swallow doesn't make a summer and all that

I'd quite like any of the following to win this year -

Paris Saint-Germain
Juventus
Málaga

Even Galatasaray

Be boring if Barca or RM won it and we never want German teams to win!
