Nor am I mate lol - I'm a chubber still - to be honest it's more about hours on the bike than fitness - got all day to get the miles done - just got to keep plodding on

That kind of elevation difference over the distance in the day isn't really too bad I wouldn't have thought.

First 3 days will be tough due to narrow roads, pretty rough gradients and constant ups and downs - after that at least the big climbs are separated by long descents of flats - if I get through the first three days kind of ok then I should be reet

How do you keep your whites so clean?
Only kidding... How do you find the cotic compared with a 'normal' frame? Steel isn't it?

The only other bike I can compare the Cotic to is a Merlin Malt I had a few years back. In comparison the Cotic is a totally different beast, slacker and a nicer ride. I think if I could have only one bike it would probably be the Soul. It does everything well.

Just took the girlfriend out for a bike ride...we got caught in a random thunder, fork lightning and hail storm, then had to carry our bikes around a tree that had squashed a car and completely blocked the road. I can't feel my fingers and I don't think she'll want to ride with me again lol.

If I'm honest I'm a bit ashamed of my performance today. Videos don't do justice to how steep and fucking scary some of that shit is up close.
Need to man the fuck up and get some air...
