Might be going to look at an m5 today actually. I can afford legitimate insurance as I earn a shit load of money so no scams needed.

No but they do finance. I'm not ashamed to admit I'd buy one on finance as I'm not a fake Internet millionaire. Just. A regular guy with an alright wage making the most of life, and happy about it.

I have a car on finance also. Seems to be the current and fashionable thing.

i will soon have a house on debt as I can't afford a couple hundred thousand to buy it outright. Everything I currently posses I own in cash.

Bit different with a house though. At the end of it, you will own it, not give it back.

You can own the car if you pay the balloon payment.
It's only different if you want to kid yourself into thinking you pay cash for everything in one go.

Not many people do pay the balloon payment though. Just give it back and basically walk away ££££s poorer.

Well done mate. You must be a good drug dealer.
I paid cash for a 10% house deposit so I didn't have to live with my parents for the rest of my life.

I like to live within my means, I buy outright what I can afford to buy, albeit not always things Id like to buy, my plan to get a better car has been shattered for now as iv bought into a business instead, with cash I may add, as we all seem to like talking about cash cash money money in this thread

Nic needs to buy an m5 so his missus doesn't leave him, she's rolling round in a big x6 and he's smoking round in a van or on a push bike imo

You bought 100% of a business? If not, doesn't count.

lol I don't see what the big problem is buying a car on finance anyway, it's usually the second biggest purchase you'll make aside from a house.
I have done it in the past, and Put a bigger deposit down to cancel out the balloon payment.

Can I just ask when the results will be revealed?
It's been a while since CS has had a revelation thread(s) like this and I've followed this particular one from the start. It's exciting but if you could press on, that would be fantastic!
