Haha, got to love the guys answer to the reporters question about other teen parties.

You would think that reporter was his mum going by her attitude

Prometheus - 7/10

Pretty and entertaining but lacking in depth.
Avoid the 3D version at all costs.

8mm - 8/10, good plot and story... one or two bits just seem a little "easy" in his quest however.

The Road - 7/10

Setting and surrounding better than the film, but like OJC and Sethery, I love post apoc films.

I love the road.

It is so dark, moody and atmospheric and portrays a post apocalyptic world perfectly.

It is probably an accurate portrayal of human nature in those circumstances also.

A no nonsense story with a proper but 'non happy hollywood' ending.

Wrong turn at Tahoe - 6/10

How this was a straight to DVD I will never understand. Showed on Film 4 last night.

In a nutshell its a gangster revenge movie.

Cuba Gooding JR, Harvey Kietel and miguel ferrer.

Not a lot of depth to the story but I thought it was executed quite well.

It felt like a live action version of GTA

Prometheus 8/10
Girl with Dragon Tattoo 8/10
Lost boys 6.5/10 (If i had originally seen this in the 80's it probably would have gotten a higher score)

LOL I watched this last night because of you, you fucker

Some serious weird ass random shit but also quite amusing because it does not take itself too seriously.

The way in which the United States is portrayed is funny as fuck.

Is a perfect adaptation of the book. It is uncanny how the film looked EXACTLY as my imagination had imagined it. Even the little hideout they find, is 100% what my brain thought it looked like. Really strange!

It is also absolutely visually stunning in high definition. Make sure you download a 1080 rip.

The ending scene just before the credits is one of the most beautiful scenes I have seen I just sat there gawping in awe and might screenshot a few frames for wallpapers.

Prometheus - 8/10 Loved it and look forward to watching it again already, agree with the lack fo character development though, made for some confusion.

The Town 8/10
The Bridge 2/10 and that's only because there was a naked chick and Franke Potente in it. It would get 0/10 otherwise. Fucking terrible.

Moneyball 7/10

I thought the story was great but something stopped it from being an 8 maybe it's because I know fuck all about baseball and it was very baseball talky talky

Snow White and the Huntsman - 6/10

Actually quite entertaining, but seems to never really grab you.
Also, it's a constant mix of fantastic and really shoddy CGI, which annoyed the crap out of me.
Kristen Stewart did a great job imo but a deeper focus on the queen could have made for a more interesting story I feel.
