Haha what you on about, my car is exactly the same as yours now lol. No exhaust. Just induction
Ha ha I get stick. I don't give a fuck though, it's hardly a manly car to begin with according to most people.
I love sterling grey, it just doesn't stand out enough from the rest

I get the hairdresser car comments also. Mainly from people in diesel mondeo's and tiny engined fiestas though so I just laugh at them

Yeah it doesn't bother me. They haven't a clue what's under the bonnet, they just presume it's like an mx5 or something

nah no angry northern men were involved in the sale or delivery of these.
Ordered from Tyreleader in the end on Wednesday evening. Free delivery from France and they turned up Friday morning. Great service!
Tyre's look lovely and chunky, tread wise. Having constant traction issue's so can't wait to get these on.

Yeah it appears they've put the price up as this was £49.99 buy it now.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160984813142?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_from%3DR40%26_sacat%3D0%26_nkw%3D160984813142%26_rdc%3D1
Put an offer in for that amount and see what happens. The 2.2 and 2.5 ones are the correct price. Unsure what the difference is.

Possibly. Can't see why there would be a difference.
Go on realoem and see if the part numbers for the 2.5 and 3.0 disa are the same. If so, buy the 2.5 one.

My Z1 is slowly dieing mate, takes awful photo's now.
Anyway, the old wheels are back on as the 19's are getting refurbished. I also had a puncture and it wasn't worth repairing as the tyres were absolutely finished.
Upon removal, it was pretty obvious they were no longer legal no wonder I was having traction issue's!
Rear's
Front's:
Not hugely bothered about the wear as the camber is rather aggressive iirc. Around -2.5 degrees on the rear and 1.5 on the front's.
I wanted to be able to use the car whilst the refurb is being done, but also didn't want it looking crap, so ordered some 20mm spacers for the rear wheels.
Whilst the wheels were off, I cleaned up the calipers and applied some copper slip. Previous issue's with hub's sticking to the alloys mean I always do this now.
And all sorted, pressure's at 33psi front, 36psi rear, giving it a shakedown around the country lanes. Handles so much better on these wheels.
I know it's summer but it looks cool with the hardtop on. Think I prefer it as a coupe tbh

Cheers Jason. I do like it with the roof, but unfortunately it means you can't use the folding top. Only takes a minute to remove though
Phil, just a bit close I knew they were low on tread, but didn't think they were that bad! can't wait for the Hankooks to get fitted.
