Know one seems to use it but Sports Tracker does auto pause at anything less then 1km/h or 3km/h. Always found it to be super accurate.

have you set both up with weight/body stats etc? imagine it would need them in for it to be accurate,

Id just do calve raise type things on stairs and stretch them that way making sure you go down below the step your standing on, also I was told peddling backwards helped calve pain (unsure whether to at this advise or not).

His Bronson? My Ibis has gone, the forks have gone as well. Love my Cotic but it will be nice to get on a full suspension bike again.

Winter is coming.
Thoughts on winter wear?
I've been rocking the same kit all year round, 3/4 bib, bright yellow jacket, loose fitting jersey, cycling shoes.
Seems to do the job OK, when it was fucking cold I was wearing a merlino(sp) wool top under my jacket instead of the jersey, kept me warm but I sweat like a bastard and just ended up with a wet back
Tried a base layer and not loving, even in the XL sizes I felt like I was being squeezed constantly, and I'm not exactly a fat bastard
Is there anything else I should be looking at? I think I'm going to invest in a pair of overshoes as my cycling clogs arent waterproof and one wet day can really ruin me.
Also gloves, my full finger ones are falling apart after 1200 miles. I want to go full finger again, probably altura again, anyone got any reccomendations:

Also got my eye on these puppies for the real cold weather though not sure how pratical they will be as they look like pillows

Winter or wet weather I wear a Castelli Gabba jersey with a baselayer.
Castelli Nanoflex bob shorts and with the Nanoflex leg warmers.
I have some Endura overshoes that are a wetsuit style material and work really well, think they were about £18.
I dont wear gloves at all unless its freezing cold at which point I have some seal skin gloves that are real good and warm.

Agree with will on base layers it's not that they are tight just feels like I can't breathe properly. Currently I just have a t shirt on under my cycling novice yellow coat.

my pro mate does indeed like the Bronson. Fell off on Sunday landing on his face. Looks a very very nice bike. His previous bike was an orange five.
