thanks to trade windscreens in carlisle, conveniently right behind my work. i now have no glass in the places that i need no glass.
excellent. they kept the glass for when i take car back to get it re-fitted. so thats less chance of me smashing it accidentally.
can now begin to strip the insides on saturday. then lots of annoyance can begin with the cage. get in thumbs smilie.

took corsa to my mate johnathans to begin on with cage. mates adam and ireland decided to play with their cars aswell.

the fiesta survived a lot of abuse. the bmw really didnt.
there is a fiesta doing a burnout in there somewhere.
so back to reming stuff from corsa
the clifford alarm installation is shocking. lots of stuff to sort out with the wiring round there. going to strip the abs ecu wiring out, and also some other stuff that i dont need like radio wiring etc. will do that after cage is in though.
thats it sitting waiting for wings and skirts and fuel tank and fuel lines off tomorrow. had a lot more fun watching people smash cars up than work on the corsa.

corsa as it was left yesterday with too much wiring all over the place.
started tacking the foot plates in
had to cut the dash support bits at the side out
wrestling the main hoop in wth help from porta power
then as its left. hoop, floor plates, a pillars all tacked in. screen bar is just pushed in to keep its shape. ran out of time so will go do a bit tomorrow night perhaps.
the corsa c with the astra vxr engine in it (crap pic last page or page before) is on with being mapped. tomorrows job for johnny for it is to fit and wire up an spa dash
kinda want one for mine now. just a shade too expensive at the moment.

yep. time consuming job though with all the measuring etc. hopefully try and get some more done tomorrow night. maybe get it ready to drop the cage back off the foot plates and be welded properly. see how we get on.
