I would say the opposite, couldn't see it clogging a valve, but clogging the oil jets or passage or the one way valve in the block

powder coats thicker and harder than paint though no? dunno i just image paint would flake off and break up and probably just end up in the sump in tiny soft bits

Nah, didn't get a chance to. It self destructed just after running it in. So have 0bhp now.

Wasn't going for big power, maybe 200-210bhp. But renewed everything, inc ancillaries. Was hoping it would have been good for another 200k

for now i'm just going to sling in another engine i have (i bought it as it had the schimmel cams in it) unfortunately they went in the new engine build and have been ruined as well, so having to put standard cams in it.

Will do something at some point, will have another engine built and maybe supercharge it

Charging them is relatively easy isn't it? Do you have any comebacks regarding the shit getting in the engine?

In hindsight you could have just bought a mint Corrado, saved yourself a few grand and had a life rather than spending hundreds of hours sanding fucking bonnets

nah, no one wants to offer any advice why it happened, its been at stealth racing since about May and they seem clueless about it, Vege gave me a quick email back and then won't reply.

I've just admitted defeat and not spending too much time stressing about it. I swear no business is interested in anything other than money these days, everyone's a cunt

Gave the fiesta a proper clean, polish and wax.

Still needs to do tyres and glass. Used snow, ironX, clay, lime prime, purple haze.
