Are you taking the piss?

I wouldn't pay half towards a car that I didn't really want would I? I could plough that money into the Nova

thing is i think its widely accepted the scooby is a better car yes?

so what is the reason for going with the astra? i can understand it if you cant afford the scooby, or cant afford to run it etc but from what youve told me this isnt a problem?

i fail to see the logic in this decision

the only logic i can determine is you want it because it is a vauxhall

Maybe we want it because its what we wanted and had our hearts set on from the beginning, it was only because we went past the Scooby garage and decided to stop.

Now please e-mail me to discuss.

If you drove a STI PPP I doubt you'd even consider the VXR tbh.

As a good "test". I think you should take a VXR out when it's wet and an STI when it's wet, then I have no doubt in my mind that you'll walk away wanting the impreza.

Fair enough I say, I'd probably fancy the scooby (even though the astra is prettier) as it's renowned as stacking up against much superior cars, I don't doubt the vxr is a different kind of fun to drive and still quick though.

I'd prefer a rwd car anyway so I could scare myself now and again (I know it has dccd but blah )

That's why I'm gonna be spending £2k-£2.5k max on a e30 325i sport in march

In reality I'd rather have fun than amazing capability if you see where i'm coming from.
