im thinking maybe i could lower it a tad more, im prepared to buy a set of front coilovers, im just looking for a bit of info at the mo tho.
i wouldn't want a harsh or bouncy ride, no more than it is now anyway & i doubt i'll ever lower it more thant 60mm at the front.
Is it worth looking for a second hand set of avo's or should i stick with a set of springs & shocks?
i'd like to have the ability to raise/lower it as an when needed, for example every day use i'd have it set at -30 or -40mm then for shows i could wind the front down or whatever. just ideas atm

Bought my spoiler off ebay, pretty hard to find but they do pop up now an again.
yeah looks much better once you start fitting some colour coded parts, have you got any photos of the -40mm drop?

Update: went trax and showed with Cs altho my pics didn't come out very well tbh, have got this from the gf's camera
whilst i was at trax i Bought a set of front fk coilovers from spankyd
got round to fitting them today, i've currently set the height to match the back (not sure how low) so it sits level for now untill i can get a set of rear fk's or some lower springs with adjusters.
i also spent a while cleaning the car as it was in a bit of a state after all the rain and muddy roads
& some of it nice an clean (really need to find a new photo location lol)

i was very tempted lol but due to having eibach -30mm and just uprated gas shocks on the rear thought i better just sit it level for now it'll go a lot lower once i get something better for the rear end

i must say we've been out in the beetle more than the corsa recently lol need a fiar bit of work but she got it for a bargain price and looks like its had a lot of work work done on it in the past, chasis, suspension, engine & interior are v clean but the shell/body work is a bit tatty.
