unless someone can help me decide how to get steering feel,
front end feels remote.
eveything is new. so nothing is worn.
was thinking a bigger steering wheel.
then maybee top mounts to add camber. castor etc... "i know nothing about geometry settings"
possibly coilovers
avo. gaz
but then it gets a very expensive corsa

add a little Neg camber.... and as much castor as you can.
Castor gives you the camber you need to keep the contact patches on the ground for the corners and makes it more stable on the straights too.
What Toe settings are you running?
Might be a good idea to get in touch with Dave Paterson (LuckyB) to see if he remembers the setup he used on his old corsa
A bigger steering wheel will make it like a bus.
Do you have adjustable ARBs? Have you tried even have a run with it disconnected?

do a google search for toe setting for a FWD car. Slight Toe out will prob be what your are after if you want a livelier turn in.
What settings are you running now?

whet whet whet - dont split it unless you really need the money.
All its needing is some decent geometry - which isnt expensive.

what / why / when?
I'm not with you. You are saying you need camber inserts?
Forget camber for now. Set it at near 0 (or neg 1 deg ) on the front.
Get the toe double checked - if you dont like it as is (say toe out), swap to a tiny bit of toe in. Or best yet - straight.
Castor - add as much as you can (to get bottom of strut pointing towards front). This will give you all the dynamic camber you need.
Rear camber - reduce it. From earlier pics it look a bit OTT.
Feel wise - They only time I had a problem with that shell and steering feel was just after the shell swap and nothing was aligned (the steering was light and slow to respond). Got the geo done and hey presto it was direct and heavy. (7" wide cut slicks on non assisted rack)
Adding castor will also give you a much more weighty/direct steering action.
I think you are over complicationg things. Get the basics right then add / worry about fine tuning. What have you changed on the front end, or maybe ... what havent you changed?
If you have already had the alignment/geo done maybe post up the results or get it double checked.
