Just because it isnt on the database doesnt mean its un-insured.
Could be inured by a foreign company, a small company or even on a traders policy.
Having no insurance is dodgy, I cringe just thinking that i never had it for 4 days nevermind months.
Crash or get caught and your fucked.
Also tax disc is out of date
Who gives a fuck?
Tax is aload of shite, Helps me in no way or the state of the roads im driving on.
Driving without insurance is one thing, But who cares if a car isnt taxed. Let them get on with it.
The thread title is Car without Tax, if you dont care about tax then fuck off out of the thread tbh. Stop talking bollox

Thats what I think, its not grassing its protecting your own interest. In someone hits you & their cars not legit you could be fucked for a payout!!
Grassing - whatever if it was a friend or family member you could have a quiet word telling them to sort themselves out but if its a stranger fuck them they obv dont care so why should I, if someone was a benifits cheat or were fiddling income tax I'd happilly sent a stink their way, Car tax is no different. Why should I fork out £££'s for these things & they just take take take & get away with it?
Wesley Snipes deserves to be jailed!!

Oh im sorry that i actually give a shit about my car in relation to other cars that use the same car park as me and aren't taxed and more than likely uninsured. Im not going to wait until he crashes into my car ffs.
As i said in previous posts, this is not a random car iv'e chosen off the street, i see it day in day out next to my car.

I can't believe I read through all 12 pages of this shite
The fact that he doesn't have tax means he SHOULD be 'grassed' on. It's not the fact that its 'just a tax disc' its the principle to be fair. To think "Ah fuck it, government charges too much anyway, and he aint hurting anyone" is pure arrogance on your part. I'm not going to bring in the whole 'no tax = no insurance' but if you cant afford the tax, you cant afford to drive. It's not even about me feeling cheated because he isn't paying and I am... It's people that have a total disregard for the law that are turning this country into a shithole.

Corsa Sport premium membership database is 100% accurate. I can tell you to the nearest second what time every single membership is set to expire, and that information is certifiably 100% correct, verified by transaction data which is emailed and stored elsewhere.
What she means is, DVLA systems are crap and the place is staffed by part-timers who have the highest percentage of sick leave of anywhere, ever.
I happen to agree with that and I appreciate that the car in question may well be legitimately insured - however my gut feeling is that if this guy hasn't bothered with tax he may well have not bothered with insurance.
If he's got a traders then sound - so why is he still using the same car and not trading it? Are the conditions of the traders policy being adhered to?
What makes this guy so special that he is in the inaccurate 10%?
I know people that don't come back as insured - both are company cars.
Does an early 90s Civic sound like a company car? Why can we not put two and two together?
