Just shows how transfer fees have got out of hand, this is worse then £55m for Ramos imo.

Looks like arsenal are struggling
Adebayor looked really unhappy last match, kept throwing his arms around in disgust at players etc
Would be quite a good player i think for united

Would be interesting to see minutes on pitch of each player in the league
Premier League only:
Crouch - 924 minutes played, 5 goals
Martins - 2058 minutes played, 9 goals
So Crouch averages a goal every 185 minutes and Martins 228 minutes
STATTOOOOOO good effort
Moe
Look at the roots from where those stats come from, what midfields are playing behind these players, who's urging their careers on, how is the manager looking after these players mentally?, which player is more stable at his club? Crouch maybe good at Liverpool but what about when he has to scrape the barrel with midfielders like Butt, Barton etc.... how many will he get then?

But we are talking about signing for a team such as Arsenal, or Villa who has a fairly decent midfield (certainly on the wings with Young)...so its doesnt really come into it.

Oh come on, if Crouch is 'worth' £15,000,000 then Boswinga is easily worth £16,000,000

Seen a couple of reports that Liverpool are after James Milner and with us appparently after 5 liverpool players it says a swap is likely for Riise and Pennant.
Also us being linked with Davids on a pay as you play deal

Suppose he is young and has alot of potential so could be worth it, but not usually an Arsene Wenger type buy.
Usually likes to pay 10p and make stars

He is a class act but if he comes he will have to quit the play acting......we don't want our own version of Ronaldo or Drogba!!!
