For him to be offside he'd have to be in advance of the ball and his team mate at the time of the pass, which he isn't.

Zlatan isn't even fit to stand on the same pitch as Henke tbh, he's being offered 200k a week when Henrik would have earned a quarter of that at most when he's ten times the player.
