Seems to be better now that the MAP sensor has been fixed, not taken it for a proper drive yet.

Engine mounts straight in on a saxo, wiring, if its the same as as S1 XSI, you need to buzz test the loom to the multiplug, find out what pin on the plug goes where, then join the VTS/GTI loom onto the VTR loom.

Yup.

ECU will need to be unlocked too, or get the key, chip and transponder from the donor car.

I'd probably change the box to the GTI one, or get and XSI box. Pretty sure I that the ratios are different or something, people tend to use the VTR box on boosted GTis/Vts' etc.

1.4 XSI box is one of the best you can get, after the 1.3 rallye. VTR box is quite long i think.

Danny, do your own, its easy

Ill have to polish mine up, the one in that link looks

I'd personally go with the 1.4 xsi box too as the rallye box would be too short for me when driving on motorways. My 106 is uncomfortable enough as it is

2 wheels done and on the car, quite pleased with them:

Needed to put them on the back as I need the 45's from the wheels that was on, 50's on the front for some reason

3rd wheel is in primer, last one is causing me a real headache, had to nitromorz it, now its a right cunt to sand the last of the paint off

How is it fucking up, is the paint not taking to the primer or is the primer not bonding with the wheel?

Primer didnt take to the wheel first, so sanded it down again, painted it all up, lacquer etc but it was extremely dull, dont think I put enough paint on it.

3rd time, all going well, went for the 2nd coat of laquer, goes and fucking dries white and patchy

Too much laquer second time? I'd just take longer on that wheel, let everything fully dry, how many coats of primer?
