UPDATE 13/04/2010

Forgot to mention I got my Ultra Blue fog light bulbs and Xenon LED numberplate bulb through last week and fitted straight away.

Much better at night, much clearer aswell and no longer a miss match of yellow and white light as now everything up front is ultra blue/xenon.

And this turned up today

Got a couple of days off now so will get it fitted tomorrow, Ive got a nasty exhaust blow which can only be heard on cold start and until the revs drop down to 750 so hoping its the pre-cat thats blowing and not the exhaust manifold gasket.

Quick one for the Astra boys on here, I take it that where the pre-cat meets the section for the flexi and 2nd cat that there is a gasket there?

You dont need a 80mm afm as the 1 in that pic is not 80mm

also the aibox needs modding to fit the 80mm afm
