It will be interesting how now he is going to pay for all of it though.

If he is a squaddie I am sure my mate who was based in Osnabruck had twin number plates, one for Germany one for the UK and his insurance was provided by a German provider, if thats the case for the Astra owner then he MAY just get through it ok as I know that German insurance companies cover the Nordschleife.

Can you post and clearly state that the people on Corsa Sport are actually concerned about the injured guy, assuming I speak for the people.

Re payment, I'm sure he'll explore all avenues! Makes sense for him to have a German policy if that is where he spends most of his time.

Nice one. Has the jacket got to be orange or yellow? And someone mentioned about a spare bulb kit, but my rear lights are LED and the fronts are Xenons so pointless

An RAC bloke told me u can just use electrical tape for the headlight changers

I'd get a yellow one, can pick them up for a quid.

They can be used as yellow flags on the 'Ring as well if you need to flag people down.

I cant wait for this trip because im going to eat a mega burger everynight and stop myself going for a turd all week, then on the last night when my food baby can stand no more of being in my gut im going to unravel the festering, sweating trail of putrid shit under your bed sheets with a mega burger flag on a cocktail stick left stuck in it for good measure
