got a few more things done this week

painted crank pulley (paint is abit thick tho)

cleaned and painted gear linkage

painted up starter motor and fitted it

[img][/img]

painted up fuel rail and inlet manifold

[img][/img]

[img][/img]

then i removed the rocker cover and after an hour it was preped and painted

[img][/img]

then fitted rocker cover and exhaust manifold after a little paint

also painted up throttle body

[img][/img]

thats it for now next update will be tomorrow

make sure you dont lose one of those bolts down the TB

are you using poundstore paint for all those engine components mate? i done the cam cover thats on currently and its staring to flake a bit

also my TB is looking shabby, dont think it likes high temps even though i swear by the stuff

Are cleaning the bay up while it's out pal ??

got abit more done today

painted and fitted thermostat

painted top hat black with poundland paint

fitted it

[img][/img]

painted oil filler cap but then it reacted

lacquered the engine but got a little bit reaction but hopefully it wont be as bad when it has dryed

was just going to leave the ecotec cover standard but then i found some blue paint in the shed

this is how the engine stands at the moment

paint dip stick gloss black

paint and filled engine mount with exhaust rubber, just need to tiger seal it now

great stuff mate. you sealing the rubber mounts aswell...

i soooo think you should turbo this. turbo 12volt

there still a couple of things to do let like fit a new crank seal and clutch but atm im trying to get the gearbox cleaned so i can paint it
