That's the thing that annoys me the most about Stoke. Absolute joke how long they take over throw ins. Keep hoping a referee is going to have the balls to do something about one day and book Delap for his fucking about.
I've said it before but they have it right in Spain with regards to throw ins, corners and goal kicks. As soon as the ball is out they have a ball boy there with a new ball. I bet they've taken the throw and the ball is back on the pitch within about 10 seconds of it going out.

They have that in England you boob, but its up to the clubs if they want to use it. Do you not remember the time Everton did it, then when they took the lead they went and collected all the extra balls off them
