I love the black when its clean . IMO its easy to keep clean if you keep it topped up with wax , but they do get dirty quickly and show up any imperfections .
Its only a 1.4 16v mate ! Just got a full stainless Piper cat back system . And a stainless john ashley 4-1 Decat manifold .

I want to z20let but insurance is a killer 5k for a years insurance ? No thanks !
The 1.8s are decent cars , Ive always thought they should be more bhp as standard tho as theyve got a fair bit of potential for more power . People that have turbo'd them or ITB's have prooved that .
I jus love the shine when its clean , I think there okay if your OCD with the cleaning lol .

Thanks dan mate . Nope not since I've had it . Today my clean consisted of
Power rinse
Shampoo with dodo juice born to be mild
Wheels cleaned with Smart wheels
Power rinsed all detergent off
Water sheeted and dried with schamois ( Thanks shaun )
Glazed with poorboys blackhole
Waxed with Dodo juice purple haze
Plastics and tyres treated with Auto smart Finish
Glass polished with Auto smart Silver screen
Usually do that once every 4 weeks , Every 2 weeks ill glaze it jus to bring back the glossy shine and every week ill shampoo it with dodo juice .
I think that cleaning routine just keeps it nice and glossy . Just need to get myself my own pressure washer as today I used a mates .
Ha the exhaust sounds alreet don't it ?

Cheers shaun ! It does look good in photos but when you get close to it its covered in stone chips . Roll on may for some fresh paint tho !
Haha the exhaust is a beast . Very loud inside tho as you can imagine with no interior .
Water sheeting ftw

I know where I'd be if I had the £££
Looks spanking though mate What I usually do for my 'hardcore cleaning days' is wash, wheels etc, then Dodo need for speed, 2x black hole, 2x wax or sealant. Black hole looks even more immense when you layer it, and with a couple of coats of LSP you can keep it locked in for a while and not have to do it too often Do that every 3-6 months and you're sorted, with just a wash every week or two. Occasional top-up of trim and tyre dressing etc as well. Going to go mad on mine this Friday
Numberwang!
