Good stuff as usual. I understand its a business that most people squel when they see te price.
Without a forsake thread and pics of finished items, it's even harder for people to put the cash down.

I know what you mean matey, its just hard for me to stump up the money to buy all of the materials required to make something in carbon to have it sat on the shelf if no one buys it.
I will be trialing a bumper soon enough though.

I even tried to overlay them in carbon but due to the amount of curves on the morrette headlights it just didn't look very nice at all.

I can't see me making the tigra panels matey, I haven't had the request coming in for them and on new mouldings I would ideally need 5 sets to be sold before the moulding takes place.
I don't mind making smaller moulds out of my own pocket but not on the larger panels.

My one had that lower grille at the bottom of the bumper blanked out so it could either be left or cut out- I cut part of it out to let some air go to the oil cooler. There were no mounts at all on it so they were custom made so that could be a way to go for you so you dont have to mould those difficult bits.

Thank you for the pictures, it shows me where they had to join the carbon ;-)
I'll have a go at them very soon, just need someone to confirm that they would be willing to pay for it once its been made.
Otherwise I'm sat looking at an expensive bumper.

No probs, if you want any pics of other parts of the bumper then let me know and I can email them to you if that will help you along.

Chris, I've not been on the site for a fair while...
I've recently wanted to build my own corsa again and I'm looking at prices for the Carbon wings and bonnet and a fibreglass boot lid.
I'd also be interested in doors but they are not essential.
Let me know how much they'd all cost as I'm seriously considering this!
Ideally in a PM or you could update your first post with the pics and price list of the current items you have.. Do you have a website? Or just operate off here
Thanks Karl

Cheers Sean ;-)
Prices on the carbon parts will be added very soon, I've been perfecting the moulds etc before anything could be made.
If I could produce the carbon bonnets for around £480/£500 who would be interested in putting there names down for one? This would be with the black fibreglass inner frame work but only 1 layer of glass to make these bonnets light ;-)
And on another note these are now finished

Sounds stupid but the gsi bumpers that you make do they have all the mounting brackets? And also how much for a carbon splitter?

The bumpers come with the front mounting points unlike the carbon one above, they are smooth fibreglass on the rear, really easy to rub this up with 60 grit paper and add the fog lights etc by bonding them on with tiger seal.
The Carbon splitters are £160 delivered to the uk mainland.
I estimate the wings to be £500 for the pair, this is using an infused mould so there will be zero air bubbles or imperfections, I will try and make a pair soon I just didn't realise I'd be so busy with orders so soon and it is still only me making the parts lol
Kind regards
Chris
