Also, Kagawa is a quality player. Arguably a better signing than Hazard considering the Bundesliga is a better league and he has been scoring and assisting there regularly for a while now.

i shall rephrase
most of these far eastern players enter the prem full of promise, yet they end up never really being all that, or only putting in a season or 2 then end up just tailing off
how many far eastern legends can you name

Only in Germany for 2 years though, so much of that is from A league or whatever it's called. Regardless, he's a great little player oh and Bundesliga is much better than Ligue 1

Depends what your definition of eastern is I suppose, russian, or china / japan etc. If russian, not many, pav / arshavin, if chinks, fucking loads.

I never realised you could only sign 'legends'
Nakamura was an excellent player for us, Ji Sung Park has been a brilliant player for United, Lee is a quality Premiership player for Bolton.
Even now, although I don't rate him personally, we have the Asian POTY playing for us and he won it playing for Celtic.

Are you taking the piss Stcheven? Park is one of our most consistant players, Just because he isn't a goal machine doesn't mean he isn't one of the best on the pitch.

park these days is a prime example of what im talking about, he was always just good at his best and these days hes more of a liability!
theres a lot of 'good' players in that bracket but none that turn out to be anything really special
