Unfortunately shit happens in life, I had my finger cut off, it's still fucked but you have to get on with it . It's VERY stressful when you lose physical movement etc . I could of claimed but I didn't and moved on the best I could . To be honest it doesn't look like you will have any permanent injury apart from scarring . Count yourself lucky it wasn't worse . How did it get both hands ? Dogs are animals , people forget this and treat them as humans . When I see people cuddling and kissing a dog I think they are mad. I would be more concerned your boss let the dog leave the building . He has being negligent in that instance , not with you getting attacked.
