I made a step by step guide on how to install the charger to a z22se maybe that would be worth a read for you if your thinking about it.
It is very easy tho..

What radiator hose is that, I've been looking for one similar to that! Where did you order it from?

could fit a harrop but that would mean chopping slam panel and I like the oem look it has at the moment.
have thought about going silly with the other corsa though and not using the throttle bodies on it?

only 277bhp at the moment.
new 3" exhaust, manifold back being made/fitted Friday.
could do some more work on the head and port the charger and gain a few more but it runs great as it is and I love it being well within its limits.

3" exhaust fitted now thanks to infinity exhausts
revs out more freely now, no idea if its given any gains yet need a few more tweeks then back on dyno to see.
fitted new alpine head unit with sat nav and all the toys
tried to fit corsa d 4pot brembo's but need to alter the carrier brackets as off set is 2mm out.
and got around to fitting these,

thanks, the infinity exhaust shat its self on the way home from coombe
even worse they are not keen to warrant it as I swapped it back to the old system to carry on driving it. the internals from the cat are some where around the oxford ring road, and the wadding from the silencers is all over the roads from Bristol to Northampton and everywhere else ive been.
the cat came out with such force it removed the end of the post cat lambda sensor
it was very loud, popped and crackled on run down that could be heard 2 miles away at 2000rpm
but on a positive note I did get the hydro dipped parts back and on at coombe, sets the new head unit of well now.
