Think it's locked, seems to have very little travel and clunks like mad. Got about 20mm travel which wasn't the comfiest doing some of the longer rocky descents today arms are fucked.

I suffer from cold and wet feet often when out on the mtb. Lately seem to be riding in all weather. Wondering if it's possible to get sock to keep my feet warm. Thinking neoprene type wetsuit stuff?

Those are what you want. From all accounts you can out your foot in a puddle if water and take it out completely dry.

I've got the mid length mid weight ones and tbh I'm a bit unimpressed. All that happens is water runs down your leg into the top of the socks.
That said my mate captain hardtail has full length jobs that work great with 3/4 shorts as they stop water getting in the top of your socks. Just wish I'd known that before I spent loads on mid length jobs...

Ive got some for my trail runs, knew i was gonna be wading a couple of streams the other week, small strip of insulation tape around the top worked a treat. Feet submerged upto knee height and kept bone dry.

i thought as much. I have the option of buying the pikes I am borrowing, which if I like them I will do! Means I need a new front wheel though.
