Update 27.03.2012

Right,i'll start off with yesterdays work. Was really good weather so was out in it all day and decided to crack on with some bits. Fitted my anti roll bar arms,not tight as shafts still need to go on and touched up the block and box where it had been caught fitting things. Fitted my exhaust pipe Ash cut off the 1.2 exhaust manifold and fitted it and tightened it all up. Won't be staying on,just to get me on road untill i get a system made up so my Sportex full system will then be forsale. Ash also finished my loom off and just needs to wire it up in footwell. Fitted my airbox as the KN was pointless. Not sure if to keep it atm. Looks ok but i wanted a pipercross one like Shaun's but probs get that at a later date.

The airbox was a right bitch to fit aswell,needed some right modding and persuading.

It's in though and very tight.

And one more thing,got a corsa gear linkage from Jaffa,cheers mate.

And now with todays update. As you all know ordered alot of bits from Autovaux and Ebay. They all came today.

1.6 Raditor
Manifold metal jubilee clips
Ecotec adapter plate
Rocker cover bolts
Cav inner cvs
new corsa outer gaiters
oil filter
piping for brake servo
lots of jubilee clips

And how the bay looks atm,will be fitting all new bits tomoz

good update dan son, what was up with the air box not fitting? looks like it needs to go under the lip in the wing a bit, very close to the engine haha

bay looks sweet, nice and tidy

also, what you paint your screen wash cap with? i was going to do mine with the good old poundstore cans but thought it'd flake being flexible

No idea,had to cut all left hand side off it. :/ I'll have a look at it tomoz and see what i can do.

Just halfords paint,just be careful when fitting is as it will crack as it needs flexing.
