Waited all week for this stuff to come through and I can finally sort the front end out. Polybushes are pre-cut, which is nice and the droplinks look like good quality items (unlike the last lot i installed). Moral of the story: buy cheap, buy twice.
Also had a guy come round this morning to pick the 19'' tyres up and sold the spare steering wheel I had, so thats almost £500 back in my pocket. God far too many random car parts sitting in my garage needing to be sold

Productive day.
First off droplinks and ARB bushes replaced. Took less than an hour and i'm glad I did it as the drop links that have only been on there 12 months have completely fallen apart and the bushes were obviously on the car since new and were oval in shape
Then it went tits up... Changed the indicator bulb and it started lighting up... White the orange glass dome had came loose from it's bracket (when I hit the huge pothole/manhole cover) and the only way I could get it back into place was to split the headlight open
So cut all the silicone sealant and opened it up, gave it a clean up inside as it was a bit dirty and sorted the glass dome out.
When I first did the headlamp project, I covered the glass domes in mirror tint film so I could hide the orange. I've decided to remove the mirror tint as I feel the headlamp blends in with the bodywork too much.
Obviously now i'll need to do this with the other headlamp aswell, which I wasn't planning on removing.
This is a good excuse for a halo conversion though.
I'm now stuck at my parents house waiting for it to set think i'll be getting a Fiesta st taxi ride at some point tonight.

Got the car back together today and took a test drive. First impressions are wow! Front end handles and feels awesome. So much so, that the back end feels a bit wallowy and a bit oversteery.
I thini rear ARB bushes and drop links will be next on the list.
As always, fitted pics. I'm aware my arches and struts need a good scrub! The bad thing about driving through B roads when wet

Length of them droplinks I really need to sort my arb bushes. It can wait till after my holiday though I think
I think your headlights will look loads better with a slight orange contrast to it.

Jack your car up and check the bushes. Bet they're oval in shape. your drop links are half the length of mine

Just ordered a set of angel eyes for the headlamps from the US always wanted them, but didn't want to open the headlamps up again. Now I know it's easy, it doesn't bother me as much.
Anyway, won't be here for a while, but they should look similar to this when done:

I hope so! Looks like an OEM type finish as they're leds with diffusers, giving a crisp white circle. Cost a small fortune though! Would've gone for UK based stuff but these come recommended

Meh. Not a fan but fairenough it does look quite good.
Make sure you stick them on properly. Most on the forum seem to have them fall off inside the lamp

yeah I saw that, caused by not putting enough silicone around the back of them. Seems a pretty simple mod and I watched a couple of guys fit them when I had that meet.
Just ordered superpro ARB bushes and meyle links for the rear end. Superpro were £15 cheaper than Powerflex, result

You like orange indicators so your opinion is invalid.

They're different though. All the aftermarket ones just remind me of e36s

I have superpro bushes on already, on the rear trailing arms and the front wishbone lollipops, so I know they're fine.
Only reason I went powerflex on the front ARB is because superpro don't make 25mm ones.

Got these from ebay. The rest was from a wheel alignment shop, but you can buy them online. They're an Australian company and quite popular over there.

Didn't manage to fit the bushes this weekend as i've mostly been sunbathing in the pool and watching TV
Anyway, these came through. 4 days from the usa, very quick delivery! Didn't have to pay any customs fee's (yet). No doubt i'll get a bill in the post.
And with the diffusers on:
Might fit them next weekend if i get a chance. Going to have to try and wire them into a live somewhere so that they illuminate even when the auto lights aren't on.
