it would not. it would give a more accurate fly wheels figure. plus i'm not talking about your veccy.
because the lesser the resistance the lower the bhp lost
wouldnt that be more accurate?
and i dont gaf wot ure talkin about

the cold gearbox oil would only affect the fly figure, as its the resistance that is used to calculate the fly figure.

vts/gti get good power gains from filter and zorst so that figure seems about right.

Simon, you obviously know fuk all about the engine considering your comments, I find this surprising as I would of expected you to know alot about your sister engine.
VTR owners all the same... think they own rockets

a friend has a VTS engine in his VTR, with filter and exhaust it got 108 @ the wheels, which worked out at around 130 @ the fly. that is a more accurate figure.

then you know fuck all mate - go post that on SSC or PGAC
full zorst, de-cat, and filter can see upto 140bhp, ive seen it on many vts' and gti's
those engines respone very well to breathing mods such as these as theyre very restricted std, have u ever seen a std gti/vts cat?? awful things

kerry> ha ha ha ha.
i am correct.
increasing the gear box oil would not increase the fly figure, it would decrease it, due to LESS resistance.
