Yeah I wasn't sure if capital letters in the thread title or a big load of large fonts was clear enough. Sorry.

on the day we'd normally gather at morrisons about 7:30ish. then we'd wait about for an hour till the girl with the tickets dragged her hung-over arse out of bed from the hotel over the road.
morrisons itself doesnt normally open up till 8, but there's a garage that does sandwiches or there's a little chef across the road (again, never tried it, never seen if its open that early so....not sure about it)
My preference is to send the track people up first to get sound tested, then get the stand set up quick as poss before people wander off for food.
I most defo wouldn't send everyone up at the same time, or it just turns into chaos

yes it can, they sticker you up as per any track event, but if you're down for a morning session its much easier just to go do it on arrival (otherwise you sit in the queue with people waiting to actually get on track)

I think you guys are meant to be near us, I didn't have a chance to actually speak to Maria when I dropped in to pick up our passes.
I know we've got the equivalent of 3 "sections", FSC will have similar, so it may be you're in there near us and someone like Cliosport
