I would love to believe you but that unfortunately is bollocks. If you mean they have a copy of the electoral register, so does everyone. But you need to tie up Jamie Cox with the addresses where you suspect he lives and if no one took it, you can't do that.
I have postal addresses for him verified by the fact that his car is on the path. I've asked in the thread in GC that people u2u me with details of the transaction and I'll pass his case on to the Police if necessary. So far I've only had a few u2us, and most of the don't contain the information which I've asked for.
I'm spending some more time on it tonight. I'll be completely honest, and I hope he reads this, I'll be very surprised if this is fraud. It's too blatent someone who we have addresses for, reg numbers, birthday, bank details. He's either really really stupid for trying it or just slow and rubbish at dealing with it.
