well in preparation for racing this weekend coming me and the mrs decided to put my diff in her car seen as im not using it atm.
old diff on its way out


crown wheel bolted to the lsd


all back together


havnt been out in it yet to see what its like but hopefully should make a huge difference

well what a lovley day out at crail it was, few pics

forth road bridge is always nice to look at


loaded up and ready to set off on the 180 mile trip at 5:45am!


we arrived, then 10 mins afterwards the other half of team cumbria arrived






nice sport

jim happy as ever but i think that was because he just had his burger and hot dog










just awesome


although nic had a throttle cable issue spirits were still high lol


and loading up to set off home




overall a good weekend and a best time of the day was a 14.5, next time i think we will have some 888s, see what happens then

was a good weekend over all. I think the nova did quite well. Towing is the future. Seems good your dolly. R888 and some aggression off the start line should treat you well.

well i got my arse into gear today and put some inlet valves in the head!







then went to jdm for a crack with the others
barnes new tyres were nice, propper soft compound



jim had some new shoes


adam did some wheelies on the tractor


i spied a xe head in the scrap pile but couldnt get it out so we used the tractor


so good days work tbh

yes nice and scene, it got a second coat of finest hammerite satin black tonight too

and also got my rods and pistons assembled, them gudgeon pin clips are abit tricky

What rods and pistons have you gone for? Omegas and SBS rods?

yeah sbs 87mm omegas and the rods i bought back in 2007 from the group buy on mig from chris astley
