We had this argument on our mini bus the other week coming back from Bristol Rovers. Bus was spilt 50/50, in the end we worked out that Old Trafford was in Trafford, which is a suberb of Manchester.

It all started because we were trying to work out the biggest City in England without a football team, and the answer was apparently Salford.

No, OT is 100% Salford.

Im going to argue that in on the boarder of Salford and Manchester (Im just over the river which I think used to be the boarder between the two, I have no idea if it still is).

I was on the side that said OT was in Salford, however its not really clear.

It depends on what you go on. If you go on a Postcode then OT is in Manchester I think.

Why?

I could put Manchester on mine, infact I do, as do the Lowry next door...but both are technically Salford.

Funny that Man Utd fans dont realise Man Utd aent in Manchester... shows how many times theyve been there

Drive from the Trafford Cte past Old Trafford ground and toward the City Cte, about 5 mins later you'll pss a WELCOME TO MANCHESTER sign, in case you need proof etc

Over the last 3 years this is the average injury time played at OT

3.11m when United are winning at OT

4.17m when United are losing at OT
