ffs, you two only fitted two straps last night!

When I was there we had fitted 5 plus the plates were drilled too.

Lazy, lazy boys!

Took until 10pm by the time we had ground the awkward ones off, trimmed the new ones to length, refitted them having moved pipes and shiz and then tightened up all the other ones. Needed to allow some time to move the tools as well because some cook took the keys to work, hence why they're all safe in the garage

Weather hasn't been too bad. Would prefer to be indoors, indeed there's the markings of a suitable shed on the back of the current workshop but its full of scrap wood at the moment and has no sides on. That would be a project in itself!

Shortlist for painting is either one of the horse box places or Bonney66 off here put us on to the place that his dad works for. Still a while off that yet, need the under-box fab completing first.

First job, finish the last job

Approved

Water tanks, old and new. Bought the left one but its a bit small at 215ltr so we decided to upgrade that's a lie, we couldn't find a clean water tank to match and they're loads of money as its a marine one, so we're using domestic spec instead and building them in a box.

The added bonus is that these are over 300 ltr each so we'll not be short.

Whoever left some Carling in the fridge at Trax, thank you.

On with the job:

The best gifts are the things you didn't know that you didn't own. Suede pinafore is necessary.

And that is where we left it for today. That needs more bars and triangulating, painting and lining up for drilling, then it can be fitted. Might even buy a pump and get some hoses run.
