Im sick of reading all your suggestions, You obviously don't know about cars.

Anyway, Post up a list of what has been changed/double checked.

It will be something simple.

^If it started as a SPI Yeah, Otherwise the std MPI pump runs enough pressure.

And this was a MPi to start with so unlikely to be a issue but you are correct it could be the issue, Id expect it more to be fuel filter, FPR or the fuel pipes on the wrong way around, although I don't think that would cause this kind of issue.

been told all mpi pumps are ok but looking in manuals it doesnt have the same pressure, a man thats had loads or c20xe and let cars over the years said he always uses a better pump cause the injector spray pattern is weak when using a corsa one,

Only a wank pump would cause the issue, Theres no need for a expensive pump unless your running lots of power and or higher pressure.

Loads of people run XE corsa's and Nova's on std MPI pumps.

You could just flash the codes yourself to get a quick answer to why the EML is on.
I'd fit a new twin blue plug CTS as a matter of course on a conversion as they are so cheap its silly not too, And they always cause issues.

When it hits 4k rpm what exactly does it do?

Mine was on constant for the last month mate. Try a paperclip test and it should give you an answer, or point you in the right direction

XE ECU's are OBDI and the scanner will be OBDII, so won't connect. Video the light flashes and someone will work out the code.

code is 27 and its 27 Injector valve 3 Voltage high

and code 37

37 Check light (fault code lamp) Voltage low

the scanner says it can work on the c20xe ans 20xe though so i though it could do OBDI

isn't 37 normal if you don't have the engine running?

With code 27 you could try swapping the injectors to see if that's the problem?
