Well, I listed the Subaru today and sold it today for a good profit, I had a message 5 minutes after it got listed, there was a few things missing off it that werent stated in the listing. I didn't make as much as I expected due to the damage, not too fussed though as I made near on £100 profit on it for doing fuck all. Now to look for my next purchase

You can see it in the first and third pics if you look closely.
Not that you should have noticed it, it looks like it could be detail on the dash or something. But get those photos saved and there's your proof it was already damaged

I've been in contact with him and he sounded like a genuine guy and he didn't know, he'd never took it out off the box and inspected it like I did
He offered partial refund if I wanted to keep it or a full refund if I sent it back but I told not to worry about it and left him positive feedback as he sounded genuine.

Subaru is now gone, nice profit for essentially being a middle man I've also decided to keep the Evo as I actually really like it. I'm going to buy a display case as soon as I've got 6 to fill one, quite expensive though, usually about £120 
Found these on eBay so I'll have a bid, might be able to get it for around £40 as the last one went for £43 I think

double check the sizes before you buy them Danny,
i got one a ages ago that claimed you could put 1/43rds in with stands on and you cant unless you leave the front off, im just not for taking mine off the stands
on the good side though there pretty easy to build up and it seems solid enough,
