Thanks mate!
They are replicas, the standard ones won't allow rear doors to open properly.
The company that made them, no longer do, so may be abit diffiult getting some

Looking good Generation!
I know you say your keeping it practical and it's still going to be used as an everyday car, not a track car. But you going to fibreglass bonnet with pins etc? or keeping it all metal?

Metal. This bonnet was brand ew less than a year ago!
If I was into the whole "weight saving" stuff, I'd have to start with myself

I was thinking more for looks tbh, with the pins. But also having the fiberglass to back up the pins 'not being for show' haha

So I've not updated for a while, I've been busy as ever though.
last week I fitted this
with my new sump, and so far it doesn't leak
Then I got these done
Heres my cracked sump
Old baffle plate nice and clean after the rebuild
AND ANOTHER one of these
Inlet and fuel rail will be fitted, when I go to Toms for some custom work on the bay

Thanks sparx, commets like that make all te hard wok worth it!
Jed, don't hang low really, just old shocks were bin worthy (and was) and couldn't handle the weight of the engine, so was bottoming out alot.
Now I have the new coilovers, it no longer happens

Is that manifold and system just the normal, common "Ashley" , or is John Ashley a different brand??
If its a normal Ashley manifold, keep an eye on it. Had 1 on mine and it kept cracking where it goes from 4 into 2. Heard of quite a few of them doing the same after about 6mths.

I THINK its different, not 100% TBH.
Although it's on now, so will just keep an eye on it.
