i'm loving the AS VAL at the minute, seems to suffer from less bullet drop from an ordinary weapon with a silencer. Its not brilliant long range though, seems to take about 10 direct hits to kill somebody and the magazine is too small for my liking

The val is ok but could do with a larger mag.

Im just using the m416 atm trying to get 1k kills with it.

Hardcore mode is much better, if your steady with your shots then the as val will take down 3/4 ppl a clip.

If you can see a crosshair, ammo and health etc in the bottom right your on softcore.

its alright but getting to 200 kills for extended mags was painful, i stopped at like 170 because i got pissed off getting raped by engineers with their stupidly powered carbines on conquest maps. might have a bash at the last 30 kills tomoz after work.

Hardcore is crap on consoles, its just chumps constantly using m320s and grenades.

Enjoying Gun Master when it randomly pops up, nice break from my usual conquest. Not managed to win one yet though usually 2nd or 3rd.

Yeah I'm on PS3, Ill give that a go I reckon, I loved the hardcore mode on cod!

Also, what on earth are you meant to do with the rocket pods on the jets? I can't hit a thing with them lmao I always end up missing badly or crashing from slowing down too much

all good fun though!

that tactic went alright chris, except there was no fuckers spotting them for me, ended up just swooping on the fuckers on caspian sea as they cross the big open plain to get to the battlefield

some fucker banned me from his server the other day too, for what i understand was using a sniper rifle, there was no rules against using one i was just fucking deadly with it

andy if your ps3 and play conquest add us mate im a shit hot gunner and i play the obvjective. I run flares, guided missile and maintenance. im constantly spotting too. not a great pilot myself though still learning

i can fly alright to be honest, especially in the helicopters, the planes leave something to the imagination though
