it isn't as bad as I thought it'd be. I've been driving around with the roof down this week and haven't really thought much of it.

Weather was nice at the weekend so took a drive down to a nice local village and got some photo's down a country lane. I removed the seats after this and they're currently sitting in the garage waiting for me to decide what to do with them.

Ordered new side repeater and Tailgate badges this week. They're OEM and cost 3 figures for 3 badges But my current ones had been ruined by my pressure washer.
The difference in quality between the eBay ones and the genuine ones are night and day, so worth it imo.
The blue areas on the Tailgate badge were a different shade of blue, which you can clearly see here.

Artistic yes, definitely. They're all angles which show off the nice lines of the car. They're not all the same

New tyres turned up today. Checked the tread depths a few days ago and the rears were below 1mm on the insides, 2.5mm on the outsides, so are overdue a change!
Fronts aren't too bad, one at 4mm, other at 2.5mm, but I've decided I want the same tyre all round.
I've had lots of experience with Vredestein tyres and went for the Ultra Vorti's this time. Should be decent if the sessanta's are anything to go by.
Will be getting fitted when it goes back in for another wheel refurb as I caught the 2 nearside alloys

Booked I next week for 2 wheels to be refurbished and tyres fitted all round. Luckily the missus is off so I get to bomb around in the pocket rocket for the week.

What have you done with the seats? Are they still yellow?

They're still in my garage gathering dust, along with the hardtop, Facelift bumper and rear lights . I've been busy doing house stuff so haven't had time to do car bits. Next week I'll probably get some quotes for re-upholstering and dyeing the leather.

Put the Z4 on axle stands and removed the alloys ready for refurbishment on 2 wheels and 4 new tyres.
A quick wipe over with Meguiers last touch and a microfiber and they've come up as new, including the barrels. Gtechniq C5 works wonders
Ideally I wanted to take the whole car in to the refurbishers, but they didn't have space this week and this is the only week I can get them done as I'm using the ST for work

No updates on the Fiesta? Or do you not do anyone with it?
My mate co owns a tuning company and he has a Fiesta ST demo car. 65 plate with 11k. 310bhp. Hybrid turbo, full exhaust with pops and bangs. Sounds like anti lag. Coilovers. Tarox 6 pots on the front. It's mental.

I just keep it clean and that's about it.
I can modify it if I want to, but it gets swapped for a new one every 9-12 months, so there's no real point.

I started with that approach but it didn't last long.
Lower'd
front splitter
side skirt extensions
intake kit
cat back
lower boost pipe

Nice! How did you get privacy glass without the red calipers? Should all be part of the style pack.
My brothers picking up a new black ST3 today. They're not as common as the blues and whites and look great when clean.

Privacy is part of the ST2 standard fit, I had no interest in adding the style pack
Edit: ST2 fit according to the brochure found here

I keep considering a fiesta. Not driving the audi nowadays, it's just sat for a month now. What is the deal with st1 st2 st3 etc?

Just different equipment levels.
ST1 is pretty basic and I don't think they sell many, if any. ST2 has some bits and ST3 has everything bar parking sensors, from what I recall.
