Yes guy at swinley died today, just heard on the swinley Facebook page. Sounds like heart issues as he needed resuss.
He was also not carrying any ID, and riding alone.

The best stuff at Cannock is the unofficial stuff, I usually ride from Milford, take in some of the natural some, then head over to FtD and the last two descents on the Monkey, then head home back to Milford doing the natural stuff again.

can rent at glentress. Innerleithen is maybe 3-4 miles from it so 2 trail centres right next to each other. Search for 7stanes web site for info.

The black and the red are good trails at gt. I've not done Innerleithen but it has an xc route and various downhill tracks. Somewhere id like to have a go at next year.

But I've just had an email from a shop saying for my height I need a large 18.5,the bike I currently have is a 20 though.so now I don't no what to do I haven't yet payed for the bike

I'm 5ft 10 my trek is a 18.5 actual size 17.5 on the sticker. It's a good size although it does depend on length of your legs as well as overall height.
