Anyway new bike is on the cards do i go for the lapierre spicy 327 or the new canyon spectral 6.0

Yes guy at swinley died today, just heard on the swinley Facebook page. Sounds like heart issues as he needed resuss.
He was also not carrying any ID, and riding alone.

I'd go for the canyon. Awesome bikes for the money. lapierres have a bad rep for they back ends snapping

What do people think of the cannondale trial sl4 2013
Any better for your money?

The spektral would be in red for sure its so well specced xt clutch mech slx shifters stealth reverb only the elixir 5s that let it down tbh but i would swap them to the whippet and put my slxs on

The best stuff at Cannock is the unofficial stuff, I usually ride from Milford, take in some of the natural some, then head over to FtD and the last two descents on the Monkey, then head home back to Milford doing the natural stuff again.

can rent at glentress. Innerleithen is maybe 3-4 miles from it so 2 trail centres right next to each other. Search for 7stanes web site for info.

The black and the red are good trails at gt. I've not done Innerleithen but it has an xc route and various downhill tracks. Somewhere id like to have a go at next year.

I've just bought a canondale sl3 of eBay and it's a medium,which the bloke said is 17 inch.
But I've just had an email from a shop saying for my height I need a large 18.5,the bike I currently have is a 20 though.so now I don't no what to do I haven't yet payed for the bike

I'm 5ft 10 my trek is a 18.5 actual size 17.5 on the sticker. It's a good size although it does depend on length of your legs as well as overall height.
