UPDATE:
24th May
Ben decided it was time he fitted his Intercooler today. To do this he had to modify a Hardpipe kit designed for a Calibra and somehow make it marry up to his WR02 Evo Intercooler.... Hmmmm
As you can see the pipe work originally sticked out far to far.
Lining the Intercooler up
After a bit of Cut and Shut he got it to fit
Your certainly going to know about this thing when its behind you Question is... which do you see first? The Intercooler or the large Orange light on the roof
The bumper "may" require "slight" modifications to fit
Meanwhile I fitted my new inner arches
Was going to fit the tiebars and wishbones but didn't have the right bolts...doh!
And gave a second coat of paint to my shocks (I had run out of silver so used black. lol)

UPDATE:
27th March
Started off the evening by visiting Chris (AX VTS owner) He had just finished stripping all the sound deadening and Carpet out of his car
We couldn't resist trial fitting his new seats
Room for a Mincer
And a fatter Mincer
In a few weeks a custom cage and some other nice bits will be joining the interior.
In the mean time Chris had removed the struts ready for yet another set of springs
Chris has been having some spring issue's He now has 4 sets!!! lol
And finally a pic of the engine bay
Right.... On to mine.
Mike very kindly returned my freshly powder coated HKS Blow off valve components and gave me a hand with the car tonight
We re-assembled the Valve
We then "Tried" to fit my 3rd Rad (This being a 1.4 Aircon model version
But unfortunetley the outlet by the thermostat no where near lined up with the thermostat oulet (thanks to my poor measuring ) so it was back to using the new Valeo 1.4 16v No Aircon Rad... Doh!!!
Luckily this did fit in just fine
Next job was to drill and tap my nicely machined Dizzy cap cover / Coil pack holder
And on she fits.... all be it with just 3 bolts but it holds securely

UPDATE:
RX 7 Update today.
Dan has been driving his RX round for a few weeks now without the proper front sidelights/Indicators
He's finally got hold of some
And so they were fitted
And the makeshift lights below them removed
The RX has also been on the Rolling Road being remapped for our country's lower Octane fuel (as opposed to the Japs). Dan had also been complaining that it wasn't boost correctly.
After the first run the car made:
201bhp (flywheel)
171bhp (Wheels)
200 lb's ft Torque Hmmmmm...... Not good.
A little bit of detective work found the CAT had chewed itself up and got stuck half way down the exhaust blocking the gas flow and causing boost problems.
One De-CAT pipe later and the car made a very impressive:
306bhp (Flywheel)
267bhp (Wheels)
260lbs ft Torque
at just 0.7 Bar boost and 6000rpm (the car couldn't be mapped higher due to the injectors being at 90% duty cycle, so plenty more power to come once theres more fuel (The RX rev's to 8000rpm!!!)
oh and a compression test showed that the engine has lots of life left in it before a rebuild

UPDATE:
SEAT Leon Cupra R
The previous owner of my Corsa (Padge - he used to post on here) brought himself a SEAT last October. Since then he's being slowly modifying it but with little success (The mods he has brought were either crap or caused other problems with the car). But he's now finally got some quality mods on the car that work well so I thought i'd show you them...
This is the car the day he brought it
Its a good car in standard trim but there's always room for improvement... in this case... the Handling!!!
The standard suspension sits too high and is too soft when pushing the car hard.
It also possible to get the car to do Endo's when the brakes are applied hard (Brembo 4 pots as standard make the nose dive and the back rise up high!!!)
So Padge decided to sort this out. This is the car 1 week ago to show you the standard ride height.
And today he had this little lot fitted...
It is the Bilstein PSS Coilover kit (Wound right down = 60-65mm drop) and Uprated Eibach Anti Roll bars
The car now sits at the perfect ride height! (What it should have been from the factory!!!)
Much better I think you'll agree. And as a bonus the car now handles!!! Like really handles! The ride has been firmed up without being uncomfortable and the car is sharper, more poised and loads more stable at speed (In standard trim the car felt unstable when changing directions quickly and always relied on its Traction Control system to keep it on the straight and narrow, we once switched it off and ended up very sideways ) but now the cars doing the work instead of the electronics
And finally here's another mod that actually works
A BMC Carbon airbox! The cars also running a Miltek exhaust which is the biggest waste of money i've ever experienced!!! STAY CLEAR!!!
Next mods are a Stage 2 REVO Chip, De-CATS and a new backbox to replace the wooful Miltek version.

26mm Front and 22mm Rear.
Yes he was considering a Blue Flame system, they look much better but the only downside is they have a resonator box in the middle which he doesn't want.

Update coming soon on the Corsa.
No won't be ready for Combe im afraid paul, but we will be bringing the Leon, Ax, Scooby and RX7
Yeah afriad so about the exhaust... very very dissapointed with the Miltek system! Apart from making no noise difference what so ever, it also fits terrible and looks worse than standard
