Managed to upload a few pics tonight so will do the little update now.
First of all pics of new turbo. its a regal stage 3 race turbo
Final few pics are mainly of engine bay, shiny bits added and tidied it up. Had my tophat chromed by RS chrome, got it back today and really pleased with the result. I recommend them to anyone!
Final shots of bay as it stands, pics taken on camera phone, see what there like. Will try get car out on the drive Saturday so can get some clearer pics!
Next update will be 7th August, day after it goes for exhaust at JP in Macclesfield!
Opinions welcome.
Steve!

I have sold the MBE management Stavs and am now running EDS phase 3.5. Once exhaust is done I will take it for a setup somewhere (fuel pressure, boost and avcr) and a RR for figures. All done then depending on any problems that may occur!
I cant wait m8, gettin excited now!

UPDATE
Been frantically working to get it all ready for the mot, im just about there with 4 days to spare so pleased with that,
only thing thats been playing up is gears a bit so gonna look at this later
fitted the promtotasport pipe and cut front panel so it fitted nicly,
also fitted the air filter,
relocated apexi solinoid and piped in the pressure sencor,
sorted the epas pump she now works fine and steering is nice and light,
just need to get a willwood style reseviour so it looks a little tidyer,
finally fitted the battery properly to the boot and tidyed up all the wiring best i can for the minute,
After a panic with the oil pressure gauge reading 0 i have finaly got it working the pipe had a kink in it is reading fine now,
also fitted the handbrake cable and bled the brakes up(took ages) but got there in the end and it stops fine now!
also fitted some chrome wing bolts and painted a few items up in the bay!
also got a cover made for the abs module, looks so much better now,
May be making a range of these covers for every model soon so watch this space.
heres a few pics of how she stands now...
next update will be when she has her exhaust and is ready to be driven down for a setup!
enjoy!

agreed all these 2 or even 3 litre ones are abit of a joke imo. if your loosing that much oil from crank case pressure you need more than a catch tank lol.
i just made one about .25 litre. more than enough and its dry every time i check it. l

UPDATE
exhaust day came so we loaded the car onto traylor ready to go.
we took it to JP exhaust in macclesfield, have been there before and had great service so made a return visit and wasnt disapointed,
car on ramp
we took it there with the standard downpipe on hoping for them to join a system to this, but they were not happy with this as it hung a little low from sump,
so they made a whole new downpipe as well and it sits nice and tight to the sump
they also made the turbo to intercooler pipe for us, it was steped up from 45mm - 60mm so rather than bodging it had them make it,no pics of this though sorry,
very happy with the work would use them everytime!
popped into rick drapers while i was in the area waiting to see how he was getting on, his is nearly finished now and going for mapping sat,Good luck rick good to stop by for a chat
a few pics of the beast!
enjoy!!!

i would strongly recommend them, they dont do many of these by the looks of it unlike powerflow etc
they seem to make alot of exhausts for people like tvr etc so certainly know what they are doing
they have also flanged it either end so its easy to take off and the flanges are all accessable easily, people like powerflow just make one big long length that you can remove or just make the back box seperate
great company
