Fitted actuator today. Took some adjusting and playing as I had it set too high to start and fueling and boost delivery went all to pot. Got about right and was boosting a treat, holding nicely through the range but it's now idling at like 1200rpm when its usually 900ish. I think it maybe still set too high and the increase in fuel to cope with boost has ballsed up fueling.
Can anyone shed some light on this please? Nic lad?

Update: Well after a well deserved holiday I had a bash at my car. The turbo wasn't boosting but on the way home from PVS, it did. Not as much as usual but definately felt some boost, dump valve was going off, could here spooling all that shit. So on the off chance, I took the battery off for a few days to reset the ECU as I think my setting actautor too high originally effected fuel pressure etc. and popped it into safe mode. I set the actuator right off the thread as low as it would go, hooked up the gauge and took it out. Even with the actuator low, it was still making between 2-4psi which is surely a good sign that the turbo isn't packed up and that it could be a case of set up error due to boost pipes etc. being changed. I'm going to get it on the rollers at Hi-Tech and get them to monitor it with a diagnostic, see if it throws up any problems. Then take it from there. Anyone shed any light? Err Nic?
