Sure anytime I ask you something you change the question... Anyone reading this thread can see I asked PAGES ago for the tracking number, post office address,contact number etc and you side stepped the question by telling me you were waiting for the Royal mail to come back about a refund.. They wouldn't refund you so you said you'd pay back in installments (for about the fourth time) and now you've changed your mind again.. And by implying than I'm coming on acting different here, I've posted my last U2U below...

I want my money is all, I told you my work is going through a bad spell so I don't know how much longer I'll have a job and I need my money but I have't even got close to getting any of it back.. You even asked for my Paypal address like, yet you say I'm the one full of shit.. Either your going to refund my my money or not..

Please take him to small claim court... Dont just lie down and roll over and accept that you have lost the money. Even if you end up still not geting your money, they will have all his details on file for the next time he robs off someone. For just a couple of minutes to fill in a form you really should do it.

looks like hes pullin a fast one, jamxe if i woz u go t the police c wot ur options r coz this isnt fair on u, i went t the police wen bigD21 scammed me out of 218 quid and they sorted it i got a refund and he went t court and got 75 hours and had t pay court costs hope things get sorted 4 u

seems to be a common thing that some police forces will help and some would rather you took it up with a lawyer, id go report it to the police and get a crime reference number, even if there not going to investigate it, go to a lawyer and get them to send a letter formally waning him that you want your money back and set him a deadline, then take action with the lawyer and screw him for the money plus any out of pocket costs you have
