Same colour as the car too - I'd keep my eye on those - Could be a bargain!

I know, I'm watching them but the bids will jump up atleast £100 in the last minute. They never go cheap. I'd be spraying them black anyway. If I had that cash I'd buy them, I've got money tied up in eBay items but not quite that much.

Well, not much today except I had the old grinder out on the end of the gear linkage as it's fouling the manifold when in 2nd 4th and reverse (vibrates slightly when going down gears) to no avail, hopefully the new linkages will sort it

Ah, so it is there
Mine is doing it now too after I refitted the exhaust, but the flange on the raceland manifold isnt fixed, so it can be turned to avoid the linkage. My linkage arm part is fucked anyways, the little rubber ball is missing

Love the car dude, i've had a couple of MK1 106's, one a Key Largo and a Rallye, would love another Rallye or XSI at some point. They are so much fun to drive.

Another delivery from Chris...
Also, going to have to order my Quickshift off eBay as I had a problem paying from the other place so I'll just use paypal money instead.
Yeah £147 is cheapy cheap I only have about £80 in paypal though so I wouldn't of been able to buy them anyway. Chris, it's still touching abit but not much, maybe I'll try grind abit off the manifold flange. It isnt that bad now so I can live with it. Cheers Muzzy, much appreciated. They are great cars and so much fun like you said, all I need now is more power and less weight

Linkages are easy to do btw, crowbar the old ones off, use a bit of sandpaper to rough the ball parts on the box etc, little bit of grease then pop the new ones on. Bottom small linkage has a choice of 2 balls to put it on, you will know if you put it on the wrong one, wont go into gear

More minor spraying today. After Chris noticed one of the studs on the rear window looked silver I had a look and there was infact 3 silver (faded) studs on the 2 rear windows, so I sprayed them all matt black like the door pillar look a lot better now.
Random pic
I also need to respray the passenger side wing mirror cover as it got a stone chip in it and the paint flaked off when I washed it before
Quickshift is bought, might even arrive tomorow
