Have you only got fault code 12 and 37 now? or is there any more?
It's not in limp mode or something? Although surely that would bring up a fault code?
I'll do some looking around for you mate

If your still runnig the 1.0 clocks it won't rev past 4k as they are designed for 3 pot tacho. Your now running a 4. I had this with a xe conversion before. Also you have changed the fuel pump?

His was a 1.2 16v before hand so should have 4pot clocks, also I think the fuel pump is the standard one or a 1.6 one?

Ok shouldn't be the clocks then, 4k limit is normally down to furling and it going lean at the top end, ecu limits to stop engine damage, so check fuel pump lambda and afm, tps.

getting code
72 now think i was mistaking the end flash off 12 making me think 27,
72 is Throttle Switch (TS) - full load contact High voltage - Full load switch not running < this would explain why it wont rev properly,
fuel pump is mpi pump it's got tigra dials in and all sensors have been changed, thinking about messing with throttle Switch my other spare one is 6pin though not 3 pin

All sensor's have been changed. Changing the CTS makes a difference to starting but the new one is now on

People say a lot of things, doesn't make it true though. They are from a coil-pack engine that runs a higher fuel pressure and have a different spray pattern. They might (not totally sure though) also flow more fuel. The cream injectors will be perfectly fine for you unless they are duff and need replacing.

Have you tried it since with the old injectors?
And have you swapped the injectors to see if they are making the same fault on the same injector that it came up on before on?

The regulator for a coil pack engine should be a 3 bar one. They have a 'better' spray pattern because they have 4 nozzles. A dizzy engine (likes yours is) should have a 2.5 bar regulator, cream injectors only have 1 nozzle.
I wouldn't personally run blue's as it will over-fuel and will decrease engine performance. If injectors are your problem, replace them with some more cream injectors, not blues.
