I've not touched any of it with the ecotec pipe mate
I can't say for sure on the powercap as I've never had one but I was always under the impression you didn't need to touch it either, someone may correct me if I'm wrong though

Car looks good, when done right Polar Blues look fantastic.
Shame about the rust you found, better to have come across than not though I suppose.
Also aren't clear depos only LHD?

Yeah I know got something strenghthening plates for it and some plate for it, then it will be getting painted up then
And the depos I think I was told they was but you crnt even tell when driving there still bright like

Well couldnt get the bay welded up till next week so decided to clean the rust up with the grinder and
the wire brush drill bits its came up quite good i even got the bay half painted the other half will be
done after welding Also been spending aswell heres the pics how ive got on
Started with grinding the rust off
The rest of the cross member will be done and welded at weekend
Primed up
All primed
Couldnt resist to get some Polar Blue paint on there
So half way there on the bay
Got this today off Holmesgsi cheers pal

Looking good, should've prepped and plastic primed those arch lines first though, it's going to do your tits in when that blue paint starts to flake off
