my dad spent yesterday sorting out what he could with the bumper and he fitted the mesh so thats ready to go back on after a good polish
this morning we got the rocker cover back on along with the strut brace, was fun trying not to mark them but we got them on without damaging them thankfully

quick update got a pick of the corsasport stickers
arches came awell so we made a start putting the bumper back on
we found this!
so i got rid of all the rust and my dad used a peice of sheet metal and drilled a hole in it to put in its place, he used fiberglass to get it to stick there and then put filler on to make it smooth
all back together

Looking good, like all the little bits your doing, nice and subtle only thing is why not just have the repair done properly? Wouldn't have cost much to have it welded if you didn't have access to a welder. Don't want to sound like a dick, just seems bit of a bodge when your doing everything else properly.

thankyouu yeah i understand welding it would have been better i know but if i had a "professional" to do it knowing my luck the car would come back with the doors welded shut so i would just rather my dad do a top of the range bodge everyone else just seems to ruin anything i own

got the spare wheel sorted and put back in out of the way
i have got money waiting to buy these cheap lowering spring and shock set, can get this kit which lowers 60mm to
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CORSA-B-PROSPORT-SUSPENSION-KIT-40MM-LOWERED-/280923579715?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item416859a543
im going to put the money in the bank tomorrow for them but im still unsure if i should get the 40mm or the 60mm kit, i dont mind going 60mm as i will dodge and crawl over any bumps and it looks sick! but then i dont want any rubbing once someone gets in the back, i will be fitting 195/50/15 tyres onto my expressions so will they be ok lowered 60mm? really dont know which kit to go for
