Would prefer Bell to get out cheaply to stop him running away with the top scorer title though!

Well played Joe Root, should settle him down nicely.
Fully expect (or hope) England to kick on here, up the tempo and put Australia to the sword.

When do we think a declaration may happen? Some saying before end of the day

If it was me i'd just keep batting, sod the declaration. As Dave said, let the batsmen go out and have some fun, doesn't matter in the slightest about them getting out, our batters have let the team down recently so they need some practice (although doesn't help Trott and KP)
Properly grind them into the ground, the weather wont be an issue, there's still 2 full days left. Even if it gets to 600+ lead. It'll kill them mentally. Shame there's a week and a bit break to the next test where they might be able to recover

Agar is a fucking shit bowler. So many times its gone down the leg side, I think he's looking for the rough there, but I've only seen him hit it once

Bell has scored more runs this series than the entire Aussie top 5 combined

Well that was nice, 300 runs scored for the loss of a night watchman and Bell.
I think I'd bat again tomorrow morning, see if Root can get to 200 and let Bairstow/Prior have a bit of hit then declare leaving 10 overs to bowl before lunch. If they can pick up a couple of wickets there we'll finish them off in the day.

Swann might of stolen MOM if he'd taken a few more wickets. Definitely Root now though.
Those footmarks have caused some crazy bounce!
What day did you get tickets for at Durham JJ? If its 5th day you may as well get a refund now!

Tbh mate cricket isn't that popular here from what I can tell. It's all about rugby here. Apparently people stopped watching cricket years ago when they went shit. But yeah they know they're crap and it's discussed on radio shows quite a bit.
